Real estate answering service tells the story
My book club was having a discussion about different types of characters. They were focused on the occupations of various characters. I was surprised that there are so few realtors featured in literary works. I would think that realtors have such interesting jobs that they would encounter a number of stories worthy characters and situations. Everyone agreed with me and then went one further by adding that a real estate answering service would be a great setting for a story. It would be open for any genre because characters could be introduced with individual calls and that’s how the conflict and plot were developed. As a group we decided that we would individually investigate the profession and then try and piece together a plot for ourselves. I, for one, think it’s so interesting; I may see if there are any job openings and apply for a job for myself.
