I went to a Call Center
Im a 2nd year student of Bachelor of Science in Computer technology and as a part of our curriculum we were required to have a field trip in one of the many call center here in our community. So as we went there I didn’t know what to expect because I didn’t have any idea about call center and what its for. Finally when we arrived there, I saw a small building painted in yellow and as we entered i didn’t see anyone until we arrived to their main office or room whatever they call it it was a square shaped room with computers on every side of it. Its like a computer shop or computer café but the only difference is the line of work people do with the computers. It also has a couch on one side of the office maybe its used for relaxation during break hours.
